Poppen Agency, a dynamic, client-centered insurance office, is seeking a dependable Office Manager who is also eager to train as a licensed insurance agent. Your Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Handle administrative tasks to support agency productivity
Provide outstanding customer service and client support
Assist with new business onboarding and policy servicing
Work toward licensure and participate in insurance sales (commission available once licensed)
Ideal Candidate:
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams, and Excel
Ability to learn various software systems used by multiple insurance carriers
Friendly, professional attitude and a commitment to excellent client care
Motivated to become a licensed insurance agent (we’ll help you get there!)
Prior office management or administrative experience is a plus
