Poppen Agency, a dynamic, client-centered insurance office, is seeking a dependable Office Manager who is also eager to train as a licensed insurance agent. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Handle administrative tasks to support agency productivity

  • Provide outstanding customer service and client support

  • Assist with new business onboarding and policy servicing

  • Work toward licensure and participate in insurance sales (commission available once licensed)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams, and Excel

  • Ability to learn various software systems used by multiple insurance carriers

  • Friendly, professional attitude and a commitment to excellent client care

  • Motivated to become a licensed insurance agent (we’ll help you get there!)

  • Prior office management or administrative experience is a plus
